CSE bulletin 2023-0805

Agra Ventures Ltd. has changed its name and symbol to Digicann Ventures Inc. and DCNN, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 25 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 6,531,785 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name and Cusip number on Aug. 8, 2023.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Aug. 4, 2023. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
