The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 354,594 shares at a deemed price of 18.5 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $65,600.
Number of creditors: two arm's-length creditors
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
