DIVERSIFIED ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2022 CASH DIVIDEND

Diversified Royalty Corp.'s board of directors has approved a cash dividend of 1.833 cents per common share for the period from Sept. 1, 2022, to Sept. 30, 2022, which is equal to 22 cents per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 29, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 15, 2022.
