The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Diversified Royalty Corp. will list an additional 17.67 million shares on the TSX at the open on Feb. 23, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $2.66 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 16, 2024.
