The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Exercise price of warrants:  9,585,000 warrants exercisable at 18 cents per common share and 2,790,068 warrants exercisable at 25 cents per common share

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 22,817,834 shares with 16,201,417 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 23, 2023.
