The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2.5 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 30, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  July 23, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  2.5 million warrants exercisable at 18 cents per common share

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.5 million shares with 4.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 13, 2023.
