The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. will list additional shares. According the prospectus supplement dated Oct. 23, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Oct. 12, 2023, the company is issuing up to $5-million of shares to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX or any other existing trading markets in Canada, during the period commencing Oct. 23, 2023, and will terminate upon the earlier of: (i) Nov. 12, 2025; (ii) the issuance and sale of all shares subject to the equity distribution agreement by the agent; or (iii) the termination of the equity distribution agreement in accordance with its terms. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
