DYNACERT INC. COMMENTS ON TRADING ACTIVITY

DynaCERT Inc. has issued this press release in response to a request from the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) to comment on the recent trading activity of its stock and Apaton Finance GmbH.

DynaCERT is not aware of any material and undisclosed information related to the company's operations and affairs that would account for the recent increase in the market price and level of trading volume of its shares.

Since January, 2019, Apaton has been providing services to DynaCERT in Germany related to the translation of the company's press releases and independent commentary on publicly available information for fees.
