1844 RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF OPTION AGREEMENT WITH NICKEL NORTH

1844 Resources Inc. has provided an update on the previously announced option agreement with Nickel North Exploration Corp. concerning the Hawk Ridge nickel/copper project located in northeastern Quebec.

1844 and Nickel North have entered into an amending agreement with respect to the option agreement, pursuant to which the parties have agreed to amend the outside date of the option agreement from Jan. 25, 2025, to Feb. 28, 2025.

The remaining terms and conditions of the option agreement remain unchanged, and the option agreement, as amended, remains subject to exchange approval.

Additionally, the company will pursue its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the company at a price of 2.5 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $700,000. The unit offering is subject to approval by the exchange.
