ESE ANNOUNCES INVESTOR AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

ESE Entertainment Inc. has retained two service providers to provide marketing services to the company.

ESE has entered into an agreement with Blossom Social Inc. dated March 28, 2022, for the provision of various corporate communications services. Pursuant to the agreement, Blossom will provide a total of 200 lessons to users of Blossom's platform, where such lessons will include informational content about the company. Upon the completion of all 200 lessons, the company has agreed to pay to Blossom up to a total of $1,200 for the provision of the services. This agreement is intended to act as a trial for Blossom's services, and the company and Blossom may enter into a new agreement for additional services following the initial agreement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The company and Blossom act at arm's length, and, to the knowledge of the company, Blossom has no interest, direct or indirect, in the company or its securities or any right or intent to acquire such an interest. Blossom is a Canadian social network for investors.

ESE has entered into an agreement with Roger Choudhury dated March 29, 2022, for the provision of various digital media and corporate communications services. Pursuant to the agreement, the company will pay to Mr. Choudhury $3,000 upon completion of the initial one-month term of the agreement. The company has the option to renew the agreement for an additional three months. The company and Mr. Choudhury act at arm's length, and, to the knowledge of the company, Mr. Choudhury has no interest, direct or indirect, in the company or its securities or any right or intent to acquire such an interest. Mr. Choudhury is a Canadian digital media content creator who produces informational content targeted to retail investors.

The company's arrangements with Blossom and Mr. Choudhury are subject to exchange approval.
