ESE'S ESPORTS TEAM, K1CK, QUALIFIES FOR ESPORTS EVENT WITH $1 MILLION USD PRIZE POOL, THE APEX LEGENDS GLOBAL SERIES PRO LEAGUE PLAYOFFS.

ESE Entertainment Inc.'s e-sports team, K1CK, has qualified for the in-person Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Pro League playoffs that will take place in London, United Kingdom, on Feb. 2 to 5, 2023.

K1CK claimed first place in the South American Regional Finals for the Apex Legends Global Series Pro League, earning its spot in the playoffs.

The event, organized by Electronic Arts, will feature 40 teams from five regions, so K1CK will compete against e-sports brands such as 100 Thieves, Fnatic, NRG and Team SoloMid among other prominent organizations.

The top 15 teams will receive a share of the prize pool, with the team which places first receiving a $300,000 (U.S.) prize, while the second and third place teams will receive $160,000 (U.S.) and $105,000 (U.S.), respectively.
