KIA BECOMES PARTNER OF ESE ENTERTAINMENT ESPORTS TOURNAMENT, ULTRALIGA

ESE Entertainment Inc. has provided an update on a recent partnership Kia Poland, a leading automotive company, as an official sponsor of the Ultraliga e-sports tournament.

In early 2023, Kia Europe extended its more-than-five-year sponsorship partnership with Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends (LoL). Under the agreement, Kia remained the official sponsor of the League of Legends European Championship EMEA (LEC) tournament.

"The popularity of e-sports is growing every year, and we are excited to be part of this versatile and diverse community. League of Legends is a fascinating microcosm of the world we live in. I believe that this project will surprise and inspire not only gamers, but also car enthusiasts. We are looking forward to active co-operation with e-sports fans," said Leszek Sukiennik, managing director of Kia Poland.

Kia Poland will have the right to use the term "official partner of Ultraliga" and the Ultraliga logo during the term of the agreement. It also plans to implement a number of additional materials and special events that will diversify the tournament and broadcast. The co-operation also includes the organization of competitions addressed to communities gathered around both Ultraliga and LEC.

"We're excited to be a part of Kia's commitment to long-term growth with European League of Legends fans. We are convinced that the Kia will add brand value to Ultraliga and help the further development of the league, for which we have ambitious growth plans," said Michal Brzeminski, chief operating officer of Frenzy. "The range of business that we will carry out together is in line with our growth plan and will certainly be noticed and appreciated by the gaming community," added Adam Mikolajczyk, manager for Ultraliga.

The 10th season of Ultraliga is currently under way, and fans can tune in to Polsat Games channel as well as the Twitch.tv and YouTube platforms to catch all the action.
