ESE PRODUCES 13 DAYS OF NATIONAL TV BROADCASTS FOR RIOT GAMES' LEAGUE OF LEGENDS

ESE Entertainment Inc.'s media production unit, Frenzy, produced 13 days of European broadcasts for the summer season of the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) Masters 2023, a tournament in the video game League of Legends. The company was responsible for commentary and signal production from its professional TV studio. Over the course of 13 days of competition, the matches were broadcast live on the Internet through YouTube and Twitch as well as on the national TV channel, Polsat Games.

ESE was responsible for selecting commentators, television production and broadcasts of the matches. During the 13 days of competition, the top 16 teams selected from regional tournaments competed for the champion title and for a prize pool totalling almost $160,000 (U.S.). In the final match, the French team, Karmine Corp., defeated the Spanish team, Movistar Riders, and won the top spot. ESE's broadcast attracted 600,000 unique viewers and over 300,000 hours of watch time on the Internet and TV channels.

ESE Entertainment announces cancellation of options

The company has cancelled an aggregate of 1.18 million options to purchase common shares in the capital of the company previously granted to certain consultants of the company under its equity incentive plan.
