The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of the company's remaining 30-per-cent interest in 9327-7358 Quebec Inc., doing business as GameAddik. The purchaser paid $4,030,925.89 to the company for the asset.

No finder's fee was paid.
