ESE Entertainment Announces Appointment of New Board Member

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, December 2, 2024 - ESE Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: ESE) (OTCQB: ENTEF) ("ESE" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Vaupshas, MBA, to the Company's board of directors (the "Board") and audit committee, effective December 1, 2024.

Mr. Vaupshas brings over 14 years of management and leadership experience across multiple sectors, including professional services, technology consulting, and gaming, during which he has sat on multiple executive committees, advisory committees, and boards. Mr. Vaupshas holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration.
