The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that U.S.-dollar unhedged exchange-traded fund (ETF) units of Evolve S&P 500 Enhanced Yield Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on July 5, 2023, for trading at the open on July 6, 2023. According to the TSX, the units will trade under the symbol ESPX.U and with Cusip No. 30052U 30 5.

As stated in its prospectus dated Jan. 3, 2023, the fund is issuing 50,000 units at $21.50 (U.S.) per unit in an offering. It expects to close the offering on July 5, 2023. According to the TSX, cash distributions on the units, if any, will be payable monthly in the currency in which the units are denominated. The transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and the designated market-maker is CIBC World Markets Inc.
