EVOLVE S&P 500(TM) ENHANCED YIELD FUND USD TO BEGIN TRADING TODAY ON TSX

Evolve Funds Group Inc. has launched the Evolve S&P 500 Enhanced Yield Fund USD Unhedged ETF (exchange-traded fund) units, which has closed the initial offering of units and will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange today under the ticker symbol: ESPX.U.

ESPX.U seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, net of fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P 500 Index, or any successor thereto, while mitigating downside risk. ESPX.U invests primarily in the equity constituents of the S&P 500 Index, or any successor thereto, while writing covered call options on up to 33 per cent of the portfolio, at the discretion of the manager. The level of covered call option writing may vary based on market volatility and other factors.
