CALGARY, Alberta -- (Business Wire)

E3 LITHIUM LTD. (TSXV: ETL) (FSE: OW3) (OTCQX: EEMMF) (“E3”, “E3 Lithium” or the “Company”), a leader in Canadian lithium development, is pleased to announce, further to its announcement on September 24, 2026, that an aggregate of 12,782,250 common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 2, 2026 under the symbol ETL.WT.A.

The Warrants were issued pursuant to the Company’s public offering of units that closed on September 24, 2026. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $1.10 until September 24, 2029.

The ISIN and CUSIP numbers of the Warrants are CA26925V1408 and 26925V140, respectively. The Warrants are governed by the terms of the warrant indenture dated September 17, 2026, between the Company and Odyssey Trust Company as warrant agent (the “Warrant Indenture”).
