E3 LITHIUM CONFIRMS LISTING OF WARRANTS IN RELATION TO RECENTLY CLOSED EQUITY OFFERING
Further to E3 Lithium Ltd.'s announcement on Sept. 24, 2026, an aggregate of 12,782,250 common share purchase warrants are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Oct. 2, 2026, under the symbol ETL.WT.A.
The warrants were issued pursuant to the company's public offering of units that closed on Sept. 24, 2026. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at a price of $1.10 until Sept. 24, 2029.
The ISIN (international securities identification number) and the Cusip number of the warrants are CA26925V1408 and 26925V140, respectively. The warrants are governed by the terms of the warrant indenture dated Sept. 17, 2026, between the company and Odyssey Trust Company as warrant agent.
