ENCORE ENERGY PROVIDES ALTA MESA ACQUISITION UPDATE

EnCore Energy Corp.'s previously announced purchase of the Alta Mesa project from Energy Fuels Inc. is scheduled to close on or before Feb. 15, 2023. Closing is subject to obtaining final stock exchange approval and all closing conditions.
