The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Sept. 29, edition that Desjardins Securities analyst Brent Stadler continues to rate Evergen Infrastructure "buy." The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Stadler tweaked his share target ahead by 25 cents to $4.50. Analysts on average target the shares at $5.69. Mr. Stadler edged his share target ahead following the late Thursday announcement of a 10-year agreement with the City of Regina to process its organic waste through a new project, called Prairie Sky Organics. Mr. Stadler says in a note: "In our view, Evergen Infrastructure offers investors a unique opportunity to take early advantage of the RNG wave, which we believe is essential to reaching global decarbonization goals. We expect explosive growth as Evergen embarks on becoming a Canadian RNG leader." The Globe reported on April 26, 2022, that Mr. Stadler had reaffirmed his "buy" ranking for Evergen Infrastructure. It was then worth $3.69. The Globe reported on Nov. 24 that RBC Dominion Securities analyst Nelson Ng had lowered his recommendation for Evergen Infrastructure to "sector perform" from "outperform." Its shares could then be had for $2.17.
