EVERGEN INFRASTRUCTURE ANNOUNCES RECORD RNG PRODUCTION FOR Q4 2025

Evergen Infrastructure Corp. has released production results for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Quarterly renewable natural gas production update

The company achieved a new quarterly renewable natural gas production record in fourth quarter 2025:

• Corporate RNG production in Q4 2025: 54,480 gigajoules.

Restricted share unit grants

Pursuant to the company's equity incentive plan, on Jan. 23, 2026, the company granted an aggregate of 1.2 million restricted share units to officers and directors of the company. In addition, on Dec. 17, 2025, the company granted 40,000 RSUs to an officer of the company.
