EXCELLON ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2023 ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

The holders of common shares of Excellon Resources Inc. voted in favour of all items of business at the company's 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Nov. 23, 2023.

Shawn Howarth, president and chief executive officer, commented: "We are pleased to announce that the proposed debenture restructuring was approved by shareholders. Completion of the debenture restructuring, which is anticipated in the coming weeks, will allow the company to focus priorities on longer-term growth and equity recovery. We look forward to providing the market with a detailed corporate update and strategy in the near term."
