FLOW BEVERAGE CORP. ANNOUNCES TRENT MACDONALD APPOINTED EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Flow Beverage Corp. has appointed Trent MacDonald as executive vice-president of operations, in addition to his current role of chief financial officer.

Nicholas Reichenbach, founder and chief executive officer of Flow, stated: "Since starting at Flow in July of 2022, Trent has been instrumental to our company's transformation, with his leadership and influence extending well beyond his direct functional areas of responsibility. Trent took a leadership role in developing and executing on our path to profitability, restructuring our information technology ecosystem, spearheading our transition to third party logistics and the ongoing process to divest of our Aurora production facility. Trent has the full confidence of the board of directors and we are delighted to formalize his contributions with his appointment as EVP of operations."
