GOODFOOD TO REPORT FIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2025 RESULTS AND HOLD VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Goodfood Market Corp. will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, before markets open. Jonathan Ferrari, chief executive officer, Neil Cuggy, president and chief operating officer, and Roslane Aouameur, chief financial officer, will hold a conference call to review the results at 8 a.m. ET. In addition, Goodfood's annual general meeting of shareholders will also be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET. The meeting will be held virtually through the virtual meeting platform of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
