The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, May 26, edition that Canaccord Genuity analyst Yuri Lynk has reaffirmed his "hold" recommendation for Good Natured Products. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Lynk gave his share target a five-cent trim to 20 cents. Analysts on average target the shares at 31 cents. Mr. Lynk says in a note: "The company's industrial products line continues to face headwinds due to lower demand levels and excess inventory throughout the supply chain. We remain on the sidelines, viewing the attractive long-term demand trends for Good Natured Products' plant-based packaging as being offset by its limited financial flexibility at present." The Globe reported on Jan. 6 Mr. Lynk lowered his recommendation for Good Natured to "hold" from "speculative buy," citing several headwinds including "softening demand for industrial roll stock and excess inventory throughout the supply chain." The shares could then be had for 26 cents. The Globe reported on May 23 that Scotia Capital analyst Ahmed Abdullah had assumed coverage on Good Natured with a "sector perform" ranking. Its shares could then be had for 20 cents.
