GOOD NATURED PRODUCTS INC. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The TSX Venture Exchange has agreed to extend the closing of Good Natured Products Inc.'s non-brokered private placement financing, first announced on Feb. 14, 2024, and previously extended on April 22, 2024, to on or before May 19, 2024. The offering shall be composed of the sale of up to 83,333,333 units of the company at a price of six cents per unit (the issue price) for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5-million. All terms of the offering other than the extension of the closing date as described herein remain unchanged.

All securities issued pursuant to the above referenced offering will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period. The offering is subject to a number of conditions, including without limitation, approval of the TSX-V.
