GIBSON ENERGY CONFIRMS 2025 SECOND QUARTER EARNINGS RELEASE DATE AND PROVIDES CONFERENCE CALL & WEBCAST DETAILS

Gibson Energy Inc. expects to release its 2025 second quarter financial and operating results on Monday, July 28, 2025, after the close of North American markets. The 2025 second quarter management's discussion and analysis and unaudited consolidated financial statements will be available on the company's website and on SEDAR+.

A conference call and webcast will be held to discuss the 2025 second quarter financial and operating results at 7 a.m. Mountain Time (9 a.m. Eastern Time) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
