Goldhaven Resources Corp. has appointed Michael Stier and Chris Cooper to the board, effective immediately. Further, the board of directors has accepted the resignations of David Smith and W. Scott Dunbar as directors. The board would like to thank Mr. Smith and Mr. Dunbar for their invaluable contributions to the company.
