GOLDHAVEN UPSIZES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Pursuant to the news release dated Oct. 8, 2024, due to high demand, Goldhaven Resources Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement to up to 5.4 million common shares at five cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $270,000.

All other terms and conditions and use of proceeds remain the same.
