The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, Nov. 9, edition that National Bank Financial analyst Rupert Merer has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Nanoxplore. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Merer cut his share target back by a loonie to $4. Analysts on average target the shares at $6.41. Mr. Merer tweaked his share target after the company posted a "soft" first quarter. Mr. Merer says in a note, "While there are some moving parts to the outlook, Nanoxplore is well positioned as a leading graphene supplier and innovator in materials markets, including lithium-ion batteries." The Globe reported on Nov. 17, 2022, that Echelon Capital Markets analyst Amr Ezzat was keeping his "speculative buy" call on Nanoxplore intact. Mr. Ezzat gave his share target a $1.50 haircut to $7. Nanoxplore shares could then be had for $2.64.
