The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 81,465 shares to settle outstanding debt for $47,250.

Total pro group involvement:  $47,250, 81,465 shares at 58 cents (one pro group)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
