The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,658,912 shares to settle outstanding debt for $414,727.89.

Number of creditors:  seven creditors

Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:  $40,000, 160,000 shares at 25 cents (three parties)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
