HAMILTON ETFS ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2022

Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. has declared the monthly and quarterly cash distributions for its ETFs (exchange-traded funds), all of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended Sept. 30, 2022.

The ex dividend date for these distributions is anticipated to be Sept. 28, 2022, for all unitholders of record on Sept. 29, 2022. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about Oct. 13, 2022.

Distributions will vary from period to period.
