HAMILTON ETFS ANNOUNCES JULY 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. has declared cash distributions for its exchange-traded funds (ETFs), all of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended July 31, 2023, that pay monthly distributions.

The ex dividend date for these distributions is anticipated to be July 28, 2023, for all unitholders of record on July 31, 2023. The distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the respective ETFs, on or about Aug. 8, 2023.

Distributions will vary from period to period.
