HAMILTON ETFS ANNOUNCES AUGUST 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. has declared cash distributions for its exchange-traded funds, all of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended Aug. 31, 2023, that pay monthly distributions.

The ex dividend date for these distributions is anticipated to be Aug. 30, 2023, for all unitholders of record on Aug. 31, 2023. The distributions will be paid in cash or, if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about Sept. 8, 2023.
