The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Heliostar Metals Ltd. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Oct. 7, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 279,951,257 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 36,808,248 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol HSTR, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 42328Y 10 2.
The TSX reports that Heliostar's principal business purpose is the production,
development, exploration and acquisition of mineral properties,
with its current focus on its wholly owned: (i) San Agustin mine
in Durango, Mexico; (ii) La Colorada mine in Sonora, Mexico;
and (iii) Ana Paula project in Guerrero, Mexico. The
company's continuing initiative is to increase its asset base by
acquiring and developing substantial precious metal resources,
and ultimately operating high-grade gold mines.
According to the TSX, Heliostar does not pay dividends and does not expect to do so in the immediate future. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal office in Vancouver, its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, and the temporary market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
The TSX reports that Heliostar has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Oct. 21, 2020, under the symbol HSTR. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Oct. 7, 2026, upon the start of trading on the TSX. Heliostar is also included for trading on the OTCQX by OTC Markets Group under the symbol HSTXF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol RGG1.
