HTC ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Regina, Saskatchewan -- HTC Purenergy Inc. ("HTC" or the "Company") (TSXV: HTC) announces that Mr. Garth Fredrickson has tendered his resignation as director of HTC. Mr. Fredrickson served on the board of directors of the Corporation since 2012.

"We sincerely appreciate Mr. Fredrickson's contributions to our Corporation during his tenure and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors," said Jeffrey Allison, President and CEO of the board of directors of HTC Purenergy Inc.

Currently, the board of directors and officers of the Corporation are comprised of Jeffrey Allison as Director, President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary, Wayne Bernakevitch as Director and Chairman of the board, and Jacelyn Case acts as Chief Financial Officer.
