Effective at the close of business on Friday, July 11, 2025, the common shares will be delisted from the NEX at the request of the company. The company obtained the directors resolution on April 10, 2025, authorizing the delisting. The company's majority of minority shareholders approved the delisting at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on June 12, 2025.
