The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ivanhoe Electric Inc. will list an additional 11,851,852 shares at the open on Sept. 18, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $13.50 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the preliminary MJDS prospectus supplement dated Sept. 13, 2023, to the company's MJDS base shelf prospectus dated July 20, 2023, and the company's news release dated Sept. 14, 2023, announcing the pricing of the prospectus offering.
