DCS COMMENCES LEGAL ACTIONS IN THE US AND CANADA

Direct Communication Solutions Inc. commenced a legal action last week in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against AirIQ Inc. that includes allegations of breach of contract and breach of confidence. This follows an earlier action brought by Direct Communication Solutions in California against Michael Lawless, a former senior executive with Direct Communication Solutions and now the chief revenue officer of AirIQ, alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and conversion.

Direct Communication Solutions has retained Lewis Kohn & Walker LLP to represent it in the California action against Mr. Lawless.

Direct Communication Solutions has retained Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP to represent it in the Ontario action against AirIQ.
