AIRIQ ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

AirIQ Inc. has appointed Doris Lai Yuen Tam as its interim chief financial officer.

"We are pleased to have Ms. Tam assume the role of interim chief financial officer during Ms. Kwak's maternity leave," stated Michael Robb, president and chief executive officer of AirIQ, "Doris's prior experience positions her well to ensure continuity in the role, and we look forward to her support during this period," continued Mr. Robb.

Ms. Tam will assume the role of interim chief financial officer upon the commencement of Ms. Kwak's maternity leave and will serve in that capacity until Ms. Kwak resumes her duties. AirIQ extends its appreciation to Ms. Kwak and wishes her the very best during her leave.
