ISOENERGY ANNOUNCES RESULTS FOLLOWING ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

IsoEnergy Ltd. shareholders have approved all matters brought before the annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held virtually today, as outlined in the management information circular of the company, prepared in connection with the meeting.

A total of 101,386,101 common shares, representing 56.82 per cent of the votes as at the record date, were represented at the meeting.

Each of the director nominees was re-elected to serve as a director of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his successor is otherwise elected or appointed.

Shareholders also approved all other matters presented for approval at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor of the company for the ensuing year, the company's omnibus long-term incentive plan and the continuance of the corporation from the province of British Columbia into the province of Ontario, and authorized the board to determine the number of directors of the corporation within the minimum and maximum numbers set forth in the articles of the corporation.
