The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a share purchase agreement dated May 29, 2024, between an arm's-length party and IsoEnergy Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, the issuer has agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Bulyea River project, located on the northern edge of the Athabasca basin.

Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall pay to the vendor: (a) on or before the first anniversary of closing, $200,000 in cash or common shares; (b) on or before the second anniversary of closing, $300,000 in cash or common shares; (c) on or before the third anniversary of closing, $350,000 in cash or common shares; (d) $1.0-million to be made for certain milestone in cash or common shares; and (e) a cash payment of $150,000 at closing, and it shall incur a minimum expenditure of $2.0-million. In addition, the property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, a 1-per-cent royalty of which can be purchased by the company for $1.0-million.
