The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that IsoEnergy Ltd. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on July 8, 2024. According to the TSX, there will be 178,731,980 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 29,160,455 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol ISO, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 46500E 10 7.
The TSX reports that IsoEnergy is engaged in the
acquisition, exploration and development of uranium
mineral properties in Canada, the United States and
Australia. The company is currently advancing its
Larocque East project in Canada's Athabasca basin and
also holds a portfolio of permitted, past-producing
conventional uranium and vanadium mines in Utah.
IsoEnergy company has not paid dividends on its shares to date and does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Vancouver and Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. The temporary market-maker is TD Securities Inc.
According to the TSX, IsoEnergy has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Oct. 19, 2016, under the symbol ISO. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on July 8, 2024, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
