The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to the purchase agreement dated Aug. 14, 2024, between an arm's-length party and Li-FT Power Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire Shorty-West lithium claim, located adjacent to the company's Yellowknife lithium project in the Northwest Territories.

As consideration, the company shall issue a total of 12,000 common shares upon closing of the acquisition.
