MODERN PLANT BASED FOODS CLOSES ACQUISITION OF NORTHERN PACIFIC KAVIAR

Modern Plant Based Foods Inc., further to its news release dated June 29, 2023, has closed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of 1407152 B.C. Ltd., doing business as Northern Pacific Kaviar, a private company based in Richmond, B.C., that owned and developed vegan caviar product lines.
