Neo Exchange Inc. has confirmed a proposed consolidation by the corporation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 15 preconsolidation common shares, as described in the corporation's information circular dated May 16, 2022, and approved by the corporation's shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held June 15, 2022.

The consolidation will be effective at the end of day on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022, and the common shares of the corporation will commence trading on a postconsolidated basis at the start of trading on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, under the existing symbol MEDV.

The new Cusip and ISIN for the common shares of the corporation will be 58503M 40 8 and CA 58503M 40 8 3, respectively.
