Pursuant to the news release dated Dec. 6, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 308,211 common shares of the company at a deemed price of $5.29 per share to settle obligations payable in connection with a success fee for an aggregate amount of $1,630,438.30.
