METALLA ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. has released the voting results for its annual general meeting of shareholders, held on June 24, 2025.

A total of 51,093,622 shares were represented at the meeting, being 55.22 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares. Shareholders approved all matters brought before the meeting as detailed in the attached table.
